Role Overview: As an Industrial Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our production processes. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, uphold quality standards, and contribute to our legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Repair, maintain, trouble shoot and disassemble manufacturing equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Experience having done maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment such as: conveyor systems, machine tools, metal fabricating machine tools, lubrication systems and production equipment.
  • Use various hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to problem solve equipment failures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an industrial environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy machinery, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
  • Experience with Gribitz quilters
  • Ability to repair basic electrical issues
  • Ability to read and understand schematics
  • Dependable and capable of working independently
  • Prioritizes Safety
  • Inquisitive and a self-starter
  • Must be willing and able to sit, stand, bend, kneel for extended period of time while working on equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
